We build your prelaunch landing page, connect it to your email list and your Meta pixel, and run your first 10 days of ads to it. Live 3 working days after we have your payment and your files.
$1,500, flat. Invoice and bank transfer. Credited in full if you hire us for the campaign within 30 days.

SHUG · Kickstarter 2026people signed up on SHUG's landing page before launch, and every Kickstarter follower they had came through it. On day 5 the campaign was at 2,600% of its goal. It closed at £1,325,389 from 18,125 backers. View the campaign ↗
You don't have to choose. On every prelaunch we run, the ads bring people to the landing page, and the thank-you page sends them to Kickstarter's Notify me button. One visit, two sign-ups.
Each one is written for one reader and one question, then tested with ads. We always try to put something playable on the page, because thirty seconds of playing tell a visitor what your game is worth better than any paragraph. Open them on your phone: that's where most of your visitors will see yours.

The checklist is further down this page. The 3 days start when we have both.
First a one-page brief about who your reader is and what they need to believe. Then the page: your art, your copy, a sign-up form connected to Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Kit, something to play that shows what your game is worth (a quiz, a dice roll, a character generator: we pick it from your mechanics), the Meta pixel with a Lead event that fires only after the form is sent, and a thank-you page that sends people to Kickstarter's Notify me button. One round of changes included.
Built in your own ad account, so the data stays yours. Ten days, with a minimum ad budget of $300 that you pay to Meta directly.
What each sign-up cost, which ad won, and what we would do with your next $1,000.
Credited in full. Hire us for the ads or the whole campaign within 30 days of the report and the $1,500 comes off the price.
US prelaunch agencies charge $4,000 to $12,000 before you launch, plus ads, plus a cut of what you raise. We charge $1,500. We'd rather grow with creators than live off them, and if your launch works, you'll come back to us for the campaign.
Agency range from third-party pricing roundups, 2026 (Hyperstarter, UGC Marketplace). Most agencies don't publish a price list.

Railroad Ink had never been on Kickstarter, so there was no past audience to bring back: all the weight went on the prelaunch.

Access always as an invite to our email, never a password.
Keep it. The landing page sends everyone there. The difference is that you keep the email, and your ads learn from people who actually signed up.
You can, and the page is the easy part. The hard part is the Lead event firing at the right moment, the hand-off to Kickstarter, and ads that bring sign-ups at a price your goal can carry. That's what we do every day.
The price is on this page. The numbers above come from our own pages, with links. And on day 14 you get a report with what each sign-up cost: if it's bad, you read it there first.
You'll get an email with times for a 20-minute call with Renato and Giuseppe. If the project isn't ready for a landing page yet, we'll tell you on the call. Five slots at the launch price: after that, the price goes up.
